Dealing with Conflict Minerals

1. No conflict minerals^*1 are used in products manufactured by OSAKA Titanium technologies Co., Ltd (the Company).
2. Where conflict minerals are to be used in products or purchased as raw materials by the Company in the future, the supply chain (smelters) will be investigated and information disclosed, and those found not to be conflict-free will not be used.

*1. Conflict minerals are "tin, tungsten, tantalum, gold, cobalt and mica" from the Democratic Republic of Congo and nine neighbouring countries (Sudan, Angola, etc.) and are a source of funding for anti-government armed forces in these countries.
